Began as Financial Analyst.Responsible for developing analytical framework and assessing the financial impact of various worldwide strategic alternatives.Primary accomplishment in this position was as member of negotiating team for joint venture between Cummins and Romania.

Promoted March 1974 to International Credit and Collection Manager.
Promoted November 1974 to head United States and Canadian credit activities.Responsible for developing and implementing credit policies that were consistent with company's sales objectives in severe recessionary period and that maintained quality of $70 million accounts receivable.

1970-1972United States Air Force, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio

Procurement Officer in F-15 Systems Program Office.Fully responsible for all aspects of negotiation of several multimillion dollar research and development contracts.Duties also included integration of skills and
efforts of government and technical experts, various governmental agencies, and support contractors.
