Prof. Chou is currently based in Singapore. His research focuses on business model formulation/innovation/re-construction, strategic marketing, and international market entry strategy.

Before joined National University of Singapore in the practice track, he earned his management experience from MNC(s) including Hewlett-Packard, General Motors/Delphi Automotive Systems, Eli Lilly & Co and Honeywell. He involved in company governance, regional sales/marketing/venture/planning and projects across countries including US, Japan, Korea, Greater China, India, ASEAN and Asia Emerging Countries.

Prof. Chou has practical experience & proven success in formulating market entry strategy and materializing brand-building & business growth for those companies. He was assumed positions as VP & Director at the Asia Pacific regional level and country level. Currently, he is appointed by a few companies as independent director.
