嘉宾介绍：

Martin Weiss

Peking University-Vlerick Business School MBA Professor

Martin Weiss is a Professor of Strategy at Vlerick Business School and the Program Director of the Fulltime MBA programme. Before joining Vlerick Business School, he was an Assistant Professor at the Chair of Management at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, where he also obtained his  PhD . Before his academic career, he was working as a strategy consultant for firms such as Roland Berger and McKinsey. Ever since he joined academia, he has been working together with companies around the globe as trainer and coach in the areas of strategy, financial management, and consulting skills. In his research, he focuses on corporate level strategies and on developing strategies in uncertainty.
