教授介绍：

Bruce William Stening

Bruce Stening is a professor in the National School of Development (NSD) at Peking University. From August 2008 until March 2014 he was the Vlerick International Dean of the BiMBA Program. For over thirteen years he was a professor in The Australian National University in Canberra where he was the Executive Director of the National Graduate School of Management and, later, the Associate Dean (Research) in the College of Business and Economics. 

He has published six books and over seventy refereed papers, principally in journals of management, psychology and international business. Most of his research has focused on organizational behavior and management in the context of international business in East Asia. 

He has consulted widely to firms around the world, but most particularly in Asia. He has also taught extensively on executive programs for leading business schools and has been a visiting professor at many top-ranked universities. His teaching expertise lies broadly in organizational behavior and international management, and more particularly in cross-cultural management and the development of managerial skills.
